Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 2026 · Operated by Market Rounds Technologies Ltd (“Market Rounds”, “we”, “us”)
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies AI-WareHouse.net uses, what each one does, and how you can control them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use closely related technologies — localStorage and sessionStorage — which work in the same way and are covered by this policy.
2. Your choices
When you first visit the Platform we show a cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the site cannot function without them. Analytics cookies are only set once you accept. You can change your mind at any time by clearing site data in your browser, or by emailing privacy@ai-warehouse.net. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
3. Cookies and storage we use
| Name | Type | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| aiw_token | Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in after two-factor verification. | 30 days |
| aiw_session | Analytics | Anonymous session identifier so page views are not double counted. | Until cleared |
| aiw_cookie_consent | Strictly necessary | Remembers your cookie choice so we stop asking. | 12 months |
| aiw_theme | Preference | Remembers dark or light mode. | Until cleared |
| aiw_compare_tray | Preference | Keeps the tools you added to your comparison tray. | Until cleared |
| aiw_newsletter_pref | Preference | Stops the newsletter invitation reappearing for 7 days after dismissal. | 7 days |
| Stripe (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid) | Strictly necessary (third party) | Fraud prevention during card payments on Stripe’s hosted checkout. | Up to 12 months |
4. Email tracking pixels
Our newsletter and outreach emails include a 1×1 transparent image and click-wrapped links so we can see open and click rates. These are not cookies — they are served from ai-warehouse.net and are not shared with any third party. Blocking images in your mail client prevents opens from being recorded, and the one-click unsubscribe link in every marketing email stops the emails entirely. Full detail is in section 2b of the Privacy Policy.
5. First-party analytics
Our analytics are first-party: page views, searches and clicks are stored in our own database and are not shared with advertising networks. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, cross-site tracking or fingerprinting.
6. Third-party content
Vendor demo videos embedded from YouTube or Vimeo may set their own cookies when you press play. We load such embeds only when you interact with them. Their cookies are governed by the provider’s own policy.
7. Do Not Track and browser controls
We honour browser-level signals where technically feasible, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Useful guides are published by the ICO and by each browser vendor.
8. Changes
We review this policy whenever our tooling changes, and at least annually.
